What is Bionetta 🌿
Bionetta is a framework for training neural networks and making them ZK verifiable on mobile phones. To translate to common English, Bionetta lets you scan your face, take photos of objects and verify all without the image or any personal data leaking.
How Bionetta was born
Bionetta began with selfies, as a safeguard for ensuring passport ZKPs were truly generated by the passport’s owner. Now, it has matured into the market’s fastest, most privacy preserving ZKML stack. The proof and verification key sizes are directly suitable for on-chain deployment, and have superior proving time <2.3s.
The result is the first client-side framework that can work with Biometric scans, liveness checks, image classification, and proof of proximity. Crucially, because Bionetta is client side, user’s personal data is never handed to a server. Currently, we have 17 groups and individuals experimenting with Bionetta.

Where it’s headed

We’re engaged with AI safety groups and demoing early zk-powered solutions to regulators and builders alike. As the scrutiny around personal data rights in AI is intensifying.
Unforgettable.app

We started with a simple question: What’s the worst part of crypto wallets? Seed phrases. Can we improve the recovery experience without sacrificing sovereignty? Yes. That’s how Unforgettable.app was born.
It’s the first self-controlled recovery method that doesn’t rely on servers, KYC, or cloud backups, while offering the same smooth UX users expect. Instead of 24 random words, you can restore your keys using memorable secrets: a face, a location, a time-lock, or even a favourite object. Data is never stored or shared.
This unlocks a new category: “Brain wallets” as a real alternative to the $0.5B hardware wallet market (growing 30% YoY).
And we’re just getting started: users will soon be able to connect any wallet that supports smart accounts and subscribe to a recovery service via smart contract - no vendor lockin, no centralized risks.
We think of this as a kind of magic whereby beloved items become Crypto and Bitcoin Horcruxes. (That’s right, unforgettable will work natively on Bitcoin as well as EVM! Check out the BTC recovery white paper here)
Key technical breakthroughs
Ingonyama collaboration
With Bionetta, you can prove large neural networks in only 2.3s on your phone! This was made possible partly through a collaboration with Ingonyama whose lightweight mobile prover IMP1 made Bionetta 175% faster & 10% more RAM-efficient.
Fuzzy Extractors
In Unforgettable, we use fuzzy extractors combined with advanced face and object recognition neural networks to generate keys directly from the image entropy. Unforgettable marks a world first for the first practical implementation of this.
